The Voncrew Media customer-care messaging program sends service-related communications to active clients and individuals who have expressly opted in. Messages may include:
- Client onboarding information
- Account updates
- Project updates
- Scheduling and appointment coordination
- Deadline and deliverable reminders
- Accountability and progress check-ins
- Requests for information or materials
- Customer-support communications
- Responses to client questions
- Service-related follow-ups
The program is primarily used for customer care, account management, project coordination, and client support. The program is not used to send unrelated third-party promotions.
Consent
Individuals may provide SMS consent through:
- The Voncrew Media online opt-in form
- A client onboarding form
- A written or electronic service agreement
- Documented verbal consent
- An approved text-message opt-in process
By opting in, you authorize Voncrew Media to send customer-care SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on account activity, project status, scheduling needs, support requests, and communication with the Voncrew Media team.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Voncrew Media text message. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.
